Car shield
Hello Glenn, Im an avid listener. Love your show and I have a bit of a quandary that I would like to ask your advice on, we bought a beautiful used Ford edge from a Ford dealer approximately six months ago, we know how much you love car shield, and thought we would get the gold package for our vehicle, its in pristine condition and had approximately 72,000 miles on it, my wife loves it, but she let me know some lights went on about a month ago saying some thing about the motor could possibly overheat and we need to check the coolant, I did, and I filled it in about a month later I needed to fill it again.
I took it to my mechanic which is ASE certified and they eventually found out that there is a tiny crack in one of the cylinders, allowing water to go in it, we contacted car shield, and they say they will not do anything for us because its something that they believe that they cant see, and they will do anything to help us. again we do have the gold package and weve never missed a payment and again the car is driven for the most part locally. Normally this wouldnt be nearly as upsetting, but my wife did have a stroke two years ago and with all the medical expenses we have already this is just , another hardship to deal with my wife was 45 when she had the stroke and she is getting better and obviously can drive, the biggest concern is we already have medical bills and hearing from car shield that they will do nothing to help us, and they do know if this problem and they have known it is a bit of a heartache for us knowing that we were under the impression that buying the gold package would eliminate situation of this kind. I truly know you have more on your plate than having to deal with even thinking about this situation, but is there any thought that you might have or Avenue that we can use to help to alleviate the situation.
I know you must get thousands of these emails a day and were just one more to load on your plate and for that Im sorry, just thought we might ask because were not sure what else to do at this point.

Payment not showing paid
Used to be able to minimize so I could watch my shows on blaze whilst doing other things.
ALSO. Really not happy to not be able to watch Louder With Crowder onblaze anymore
