Good afternoon I purchased and received an item yesterday that was not only dirty but there’s an offensive order to it. Because I had already purchased the item, I was going to take it to the dry cleaners to have the item cleaned because I was under the impression I had no other recourse.
I wanted to ask before doing so what are my options. The dry cleaners wants almost as much to clean as the cost of a new one.
Can I return the item and get my money back? I have never had an issue before but this is problematic. Please advise

Ordered custom blazer. Paid for upgrade.
The blazer was not the same style or the measurements I supplied. The back has a huge hump of material. Immediately contacted Sumissura when I received the order.
Did not need to try it on to see I was deceived. I attached the custom fit preview along with the unconstructed blazer I received. The company kept my money and did not take responsibility.
