Blatt Billiards Charges for No Work
- - A tech took pockets, rails and cloth for quote.

I requested a quote from Blatt Billiards to install my snooker table. A service technican saw the table, and took the pockets, rails and cloth to work up the final quote.
Before I received the quote, they charged my credit card. Upon review of the quote, it was too expensive. I contacted Blatt on Monday to let them know I am not going with their quote as it was too expensive. They said they had already completed the repair work on the pockets.
They send me another invoice for $950.
They will not return my rails, pockets and cloth unless I pay the new invoice.
