Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a Blanco sink and two strainers. The strainers are made of plastic and won't work with a garbage disposal. Of course they don't tell you that when you order them. No one will answer my email. I also had to pay another 12 dollars to ship these parts back. I have waited over 30 days for a credit and they now want to take a 30% restocking fee. Thank God I didn't have any issues with the sink or I really would be pissed. Don't use this company regardless of the great deal you think your getting. You will be sorry..
Horrible customer service
Where do we start? We ordered a Blanco sink, it arrived cracked. We emailed customer service and they told us they would review whether or not we were eligible for a replacement after receiving the sink back. We needed a sink immediately as we were moving into the home and the counter tops were being put down the next week. Meanwhile, every email we sent had a 48 hour lag in response, no phone number. We asked for a phone number for quicker communication. No response on that. We made a decision to order another one and deal with the return later...we needed a sink in. The day we ordered a second sink, we received an email that they were sending us a replacement sink. We tried to stop the replacement order but the customer service advice was for us to try to cancel the second order. We told them that it was too late as we had already received the FedEx tracking number. Both sinks arrived on the same day. We asked for weeks to return the sinks...the damaged one and the second sink. No response. We get an email from customer service saying that she had called FedEx and we missed 3 pickups and would now be given one more pick up attempt before we would be responsible for the return shipping....not true because by that time, the sink had been picked up! I really don't think they know what they are doing. Now I am requesting a number to contact a supervisor in customer service there because the current person we are corresponding to is completely inept. Her advice is that she doesnt think a supervisor is necessary. I've made 5 requests for a supervisor. No response. Stay away from this company. We still have a sink in our house waiting for an RGA number to be picked up. No response from customer service. Our latest email from them is that we will now be responsible for a 30% restocking fee for a sink that costs over $400 and was unopened, and one that we tried to have cancelled through customer service.
Blanco to go terrible product return service etc.
I used Blanco to go company to purchase a Blanco sink, it arrived damaged, i tried 9 emails to customer service for a refund/replacement of the sink, they took forever to respond and then lied to me that they were a Blanco authorized dealer, i then put a claim on them from Paypal, lucky that i used Paypal, and they said to cancel my claim then they would refund my money..yeah right!.... then a Fedex pulled up to take the sink and this was without any email from Blanco to Go that this was happening....so they took the sink and Paypal then informed me to send the sink back but it was already gone back to Blanco to go, so paypal followed my track number and found out the sink was returned, so paypal agreed that i was due a refund and got me my money back, but still Blanco to go emailed me if i wanted a refund or a sink replacement... AFTER i aready got my refund from them!... terrible customer service and i missed the fact that there was not a phone number to call but only a customer service email....what a nightmare i only briefly summerized this whole ordeal....I say STAY AWAY FROM BLANCO TO GO COMPANY......
