No communication on shipping and promise of timeline on delivery

I did an expensive order with BB and they went well over their estimate of time. As they say up to 21 working days which is a long time so to not keep customers updated despite requests to their CS is not acceptable and makes you doubt if they will ever send anything out or will it will poor quality and if I ever needs repair will they ever act on it. Promised updates on delivery via SHOP APP are not updated at all. Even on items Ive bought that are not made to request do not come at a reasonable time at all. I will not be recommending them to anyone or ordering from them again after the latest fiasco.
