Absolutely DISGUSTING

Placed an order which hasn’t been delivered, they’ve ignored my emails, messages on Instagram and have been deleting my comments. They’ve now also blocked me because I refuse to stay hush about them taking money from innocent people and not delivering. I also found out I’m not the only one! They have no postal address on their website which is against the law.

Omg can you help me same thing happens to me & they blocked me off Instagram too. I emailed the owner & again was blocked.

It’s annoying as the company has mass followers and following.

Did you ever get your item? I’ve seen so many ppl on Instagram complain too and they seem to not have there items either.

The worst

I’m still waiting on my necklace I ordered prior to Christmas! I’ve had several email corespondence then out of no where they say they can’t help me without an order number. Funny how they were able to find my information several times without it. I’ll never ever again order. I ordered on 12/15. Still no necklace

Ordered necklace. Didnt arrive. Email them many times. No reply. Called bank and reported as fraud.

Worst customer service ever!

Ordered my necklace on September 17th. Website says it takes about 21 days for the necklace to be made and delivered. I emailed them on October 3rd and they told me it just shipped. I contacted them on October 17th for a tracking number and they didn't bother emailing back. Even left a comment on Instagram for follow up; no reply back whatsoever. They deleted my comment along with comments from other users who were enquiring about their order. Long story short, I ended up opening a dispute through PayPal as I don't think I will ever get a reply back from them. Horrible customer service.
