Poor customer service
I have not received my order
1 year ago I did a purchase on the site http://b2nshop.com, Blanc to Noir, and still have not received my goods, nyx makeup of the brand. I contacted the site several times, came to meet me, saying that they would refund my money, even sent me a form that I filled out and reenviei for them, and still nothing. I have neither the product nor the money to invest. Can not recommend this site to anyone, a farce. This shop does not respect the consumer, here in Brazil I've seen other complaints of this same site. And I will make my complaints until my problem is solved, and for others to see and not buy more at this site.
