- - The refund was said to be issued on July 15, but has not been received.
They said they issued a refund to walmart.com but it was never deposited into my account
so I ordered a laptop on Walmart.com. ordered a laptop on Walmart.com didn't realize it was refurbished and the laptop hard drive was no good returned it and they said they issued walmart a refund and called walmart they said they issued a refund on july 15 but i have yet to receive it

I made the mistake buying a computer from this company----refurbished? Tried to down load Microsoft Home, and the computer would not do that.
Had to call a tech person, (which I am not) and they said the "drivers" are not working? and anything you try to down load will not work.. Have no idea of what all of that means, BUT. the computer from this company is a piece of junk, which I will shortly dump.
My advice. Unless you are a computer techy, and know who to fix this stuff yourself, DO NOT BUY A "REFURBISHED" COMPUTER, from this company.
