I have not heard anything from blain farm and fleet
So I took my car in to have it check. The manager of service said the battery was dead in the sensor and ordered a new one. He then proceeded to schedule me for an appointment when the part was in. I was looking out the window at the place of business and saw my car ride by several times.
Finally was car was done I pay and go home. As I am sitting at home I get a text message saying my inspection report is ready. No one told me of a free inspection report and I didnt want one. This report goes to carfax, and no one said anything about the repot.
The rude Manager said it is posted in the waiting area which I never saw. shady Shady Scandalous. They get 2 stars because of bad business practice such as this.
Be smart and check the reviews before doing business with this business. RUN RUN RUN and do not look back!

Unable to set up app
Was able after talking to a rep to log in on app one time. After that I couldn't and still can't get signed into app.
I will say they were very pleasant to deal with.
Also want to compliment Maggie at Jackson Michigan store. I called there about a product and she was very aware of the product about the out of stock issue about the fact u have it on order and the issues of getting back in stock and about raincheck.

6 bags of kitty litter placed in my car with bad seals. My complaint was answered with (well we are sorry).
I payed full price for a product that they would revived credit from the manufacture. No manager will call me back!

I bought a Coleman minibike that broke clutch keeps falling apart and the chain wont stay on. I have had it in the shop at farm & fleet I was told that they are made poorly and I had to strap it together.
I paid a lot of money for this bike and bought the warranty plan. I keep getting the run around from the store and the warranty company. I want my money returned immediately or Im handing this over to my attorney.
I dont have money to throw away and now my grandson dont have a bike he can ride. Manager named Michelle at Morton Illinois was extremely rude yelling at me I dont appreciate that.
