Duplicate orders to be canceled
Just an update that I DID get ah hold of the customer service and they fixed the issue right on the phone and as of July 13th- I am good to go with only one of my orders (I have 3 parts coming instead of 9) coming in. Special shout out to John Shields of Blade Z for answering emails fast and concise.

User's recommendation: Take your time when ordering through the website until they get it fixed. Check your email for order confirmation before submitting your order so you don't get dupe's like I did.

Most unprofessional company ever. Do NOT give them ur money
I bought a seat kit. I gave them instructions to send to another address not my billing address.
They sent it to my billing address and it was stolen. Then I was told I had to purchase another and they would send a claim to post office and then I would receive my refund for first kit. This was in June. I've called and emailed Dave several times.
Not even a email returned. So not only did they make a mistake. They were unapologetic about it.
Do Not give these people money. You would think if the company sent the product to the wrong address, they would not expect you to but another.

Still not resolved. They told me they didn't have the high performance parts I ordered so instead blade z scooters said to me they would send 2 of the scooters i ordered because they messed this order up so bad. And now I have asked when will my order be shipped and they're not responding
