Resolved: Because no one ever answers the phone
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They told me to send it back and they would send me a replacement just waiting on the replacement. Call company good customer service.
I bought a butterfly knife, and one of the handle scales is missing a rivet. One scale is loose and ready to fall off the knife. I want a replacement.
