I order from blade-soul.com which sell in BNS gold
So I order from blade-soul.com which sell in game gold, and I didn't get any of your website gold when you website clearly wrote 24/7 support even live chat, delivery fast and I got nothing form you people, no one reply chat, email and you people ignore my chat and took my money without delivery any actual in game gold. Are you open to scam people because the way I saw you didn't delivery anything when I pay my money to you so your website is a lair maybe even fake review "complete order" on the blade-soul.com.

I would avoid using blade-soul .com completely
Just a heads up for anyone looking into gold farmers to buy plat. I've used blade-soul a few times in the past with no major issues, other than longer than expected wait or having to cancel when they couldn't fulfill...My last purchase was for 5000, about the same as my previous 3-4 orders over the year. I was nearly ten hours later when I finally got a response on skype. They said that the order had completed and the mail was sent, even though I never received anything. The next day I told the blade-soul rep on Skype that I still haven't received anything, they then sent me 2 screenshots via email as "proof". The first was their carrier with 5000plat in the mail outbound with my name(and me on his friends list), and the 2nd was the "mail sent" message. They were not helpful or willing to admit a possibility of fraud with their delivery. I contacted in-game support about missing mail, and they reassured me multiple times that without a doubt, there was no mail sent from the character in the screenshot and my character.I put in a dispute with paypal about the transaction, confident with the GM's response that I would be refunded. Two+ weeks later, even with NO response from blade-soul, Paypal denied my claim(and following appeal) stating that they did not buyers of non-tangible electronic goods. Even refusing to review any of my proof from the game masters. -- This is just a heads up, any advice on topic would be much appreciated. If anyone else is seeking to purchase game currencies from gold farmers, I would avoid using blade-soul .com completely. And potentially avoiding paypal for any/all translations of this nature, if you are expecting some form of payment protection from fraud.

I love blade-soul! Ray was fantastic.
I can't recommend blade-soul.com enough. She was understanding, welcoming, friendly and gave great advice..Not only did she fit me in for an appointment extremely last minute but the whole experience was great. blade-soul.com always delivery my Blade & Soul Gold within 15 minutes.blade-soul.com gold is always cheap and safe, honest speaking, it is best service which i have used. Go there, it's cheap and it's safe....I understand some people have experienced problems with them from time to time. Their website does give the impression that they do have a Facebook question but no valid links.i love blade-soul.com! Ray was fantastic.thank you very much. cheap and it's safe
