Blackwireless - Cell Phone Plan Review from Woonsocket, Rhode Island

I chabged my plan from at&t to black wireless. I tried to recharge my mobile 2 times because of error in website, money gorlt deducted 2 times but mobile did not get recharge.

After that i called many times to customer care but no one giving me satisfactory answer.... It is more than 12 hours my mobile is out of service.

This is the worst service i have ever seen.. Dont go for it..

This is a bad company, stay away if you can, service is horrible, computers barely work to get help on your account, I have to call every month, just cheaters, too many phone lines tied in together, and they need to learn the English language to deal with English speaking customers.

Taken Unlimited International plan for 1 month after 10 days also not able to user Unlimited international service

I have take an unlimited international plan.Daily I am wasting time to reach customer case.Finally I have dropped a mail "I am calling customer care daily but no use.customer care1:185*-228-****->Provided my ILD NO is 213808****(do not have sufficient balance issue and ask me to reach customer care2:180******** but this people keep me on hold and doesnot respond)Plz guide me.I am feeling so bad thinking why I have opt for Blackwireless service.(Thank you guy's you have thought me a good lessson)" to the blackwireless support.They don't even inform whether they are closed for the day,whether they are working on saturday and sunday or not.Every time you call they will inform it is busy.They do not have common sense to inform we are closed for the day and call us on monday.

Finally: They don't have basic customer care support

Cannot solve technical issues.Customer care people hang up for more than 10 min and will not respond waited for more than 15 min and dropped the call.Please thing before taking this service.Plan may look cheap but finally end up with nothing...mainly issue with international call.

Poor network.
