Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

After a first good experience Ive made several more book orders adding up to 11 books.
Ive been waiting and waiting for them to arrive. 3 of them did, one was cancelled by them and the rest have been charged and Ive never received them.

Its been a couple of months now and all my emails and complaints have been ignored. They keep saying they dont charge before sending the books as company policy, but I was charged the second I made my orders and they havent refunded me for the books I never received. Recently theyve just completely stopped answering my emails.

Their website keeps crashing whenever I try to sign into my account and the overall expos extremely disappointing and frustrating. At this point I dont believe Ill receive the books or my money back
