Resolved: Most of my orders never arrived, they are giving me the runaround
- Ordered 11 books.
- Three arrived, one cancelled; rest charged but not delivered.
- Emails ignored, refunds not issued, site crashes, and no reply.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Ive been waiting and waiting for them to arrive. 3 of them did, one was cancelled by them and the rest have been charged and Ive never received them.
Its been a couple of months now and all my emails and complaints have been ignored. They keep saying they dont charge before sending the books as company policy, but I was charged the second I made my orders and they havent refunded me for the books I never received. Recently theyve just completely stopped answering my emails.
Their website keeps crashing whenever I try to sign into my account and the overall expos extremely disappointing and frustrating. At this point I dont believe Ill receive the books or my money back
