Trying to register my amp for hours and the website has made it impossibl
Website wont let me put in the correct birth year it simply wont register anything other than 2025. Then it wants a picture of the reciept from purchasing the amp and says the image must be less than 1 mb but I have 0 control over the size of the image.
Then the website just shuts down and Im forced to start the process all over again to no avail. Done this about 10 times now so I try calling customer service and says all lines are currently busy.
The whole situation is beyond infuriating I shouldnt have to jump through all these hoops just to register a product. I doubt Ill by any other black star products in the future after dealing with this

I can't get a hold of anyone, and my amp is screwed up. Something needs to be done; this is honestly ridiculous.

It's a joke and I am pissed off. It's worth about $25.

Well see the thing is is I only had it for a couple days and then it started making real weird humming noise I don't know what happened

I purchased the HT Club 40 Mark II on Amazon on the date May 19, 2020. After not playing the amp for about a week, little to no sound is being produced by the amp even when it is turned all the way up.
It is not my instrument cable as it works in all my other amps. I was wondering how I can get this product fixed or replaced as it should still be within the 90 days of warranty for the product.

Blackstar isf for mac os catalina 10.15.2
i tried downlading the isf control for my mac but it didnt work because apparently isf is not supported by catalina 10.15.2
