Someone hacked my bank and email. I opened an account, and I have been trying to close it and stop the payment.
But your company won't let me close the account because it's not mine, yet they keep taking money from my account even when I closed the bank card.
They found a way to get the money. Why can't I close an account that's not mine, but your company can take my money?
