They canceled my subscription. No one ever contacted me.

We won’t be doing business with them again. The problem was there was no one to talk to about the issue of canceling the subscription. No one answered the phone or text or email.

I see that they advertise on TV but the business is having difficulty. I wouldn’t have a subscription with them.

What's going on with Blackout Coffee? You can't reach them by phone.

When I try to contact them by email, they don't respond. Their AI chat runs in a circle, offering no helpful information. There's no way to contact a person. They keep sending me bags of coffee I don't want, but there's no way to cancel a subscription.

I've spent the better part of a week trying to address this, but they have not responded. I can't recommend buying from Blackout Coffee because of their nonexistent customer service.
