Not as quickly responsive as before
The customer response is fast but their authenticity team is slow taking 10 days to hear from them in my junk mail.

JOINT FORMULA ADVANCED
I recently bought the product above in China from an online seller which claims it's directly bought in Australia but according to its packaging, typeface and past experience, it raises my concern about whether the product is authentic or not.
I have the photos I'd like to share with you if proper e-mail or else provide.
Underneath the bottle label sticker, there is a barcode like tag and it seems to cause the sticker wrinkled a bit.
Your immediate attention & assistance is greatly appreciated.
