I bought four new tires from Walmart Blackhawk agility, one of the tires is messed up and I dont wanna pay the installation fee. I feel like yall should pay for it considering the tire was bad.

*** poor customer service
- - I called in December for a gift card and spent 15–20 minutes without progress.
- - They cited address issues and asked for a utility bill.
I called at the end of December to get a gift card coming. I called, and called and called.
Incompetence abounds. Every time I called I was on the phone for 15 - 20 minutes. I got nowhere. They would say " I'll check on that for you ".
Then they say they have an incomplete or incorrect address. I've lived here over 15 years. They wanted a copy of a utility bill. I don't pay utilities here.
My brother does. Then they wanted something else with my address on it. I couldn't send it to them. There was no fax number or email to send it to.
And I don't have access to a scanner. I think those people get bonuses for screwing people out of their cards. Or they give them to friends or relatives. They don't deserve one star.
I would give them zero if I could. They suck

Your tires didn't make it past 18 months. This is with minimal driving.
I texted and tried to call, but it's like pulling teeth. Unless you try to communicate, these tires suck, and I wouldn't recommend them.
