I can't use the gift card but was charged for an iTunes gift card and it said good, but the merchant was declined. I need my money back or for the gift card to work. Please let me know because this seems like a scam.

Plastic Card
I requested a plastic card which I was charge for. However, the virtual card was blocked and another card number was issued.
I am hoping the plastic card that will be shipped to me will be a valid card. I have been trying to reach out but no one picks the call.
