Tyre hasn’t been delivered

Tyre was ordered on the 10th of Jan, fitting booked for the 13th, tyre wasnt delivered.

Spoke to customer service (very nice on the phone) said they would investigate and ring me back, havent rang back .

Still dont know where my tyre is or when it will be delivered

Paid to have the front wheels tracked job was not done as the information had not been passed on to the garage but also no paperwork given to say that job had been done or tyres had been fitted to vehicle

A preferred black circle fitter says there are appointments after Thursday, I order on your website and there are none after Thursday, is there an issue with your booking?

User's recommendation: The Blackcircle website is not the easiest to navigate, however using pissedconsumer gave me an entry telephone number to a company that appeared solely to be web focussed. Low and behold, contact and prompt resolution.

Keeps timing out

I selected the tyres, then selected the garage, then put the discount code in, then logged on three times: twice on my iPad and the third time on my phone. Each time I got a message that I was timed out!

I couldn't do it any faster! This is not good enough!!

This is a new car and the garage lied and were so nasty

I want my alloys replaced

My car was immaculate when put in for tyres they should not have this contract as its going to cost a lot of grief and money
