- - Security guards twice misidentified me and apologized.
- - I spent 2 months in hospital and am on disability.
- - Banned by Value Village; no proof or footage.
The last picture added is 1 or 3 of the security guards that take no responsibility and act like bullies despite being 5'2 and a buck 40. All 3 wear turban which im not using to to start a race issue.
It's just they won't say thier names and the 3 are the only ones who work security there that wear turban, all 3 body types are very similar as is the facial hair. So that the easiest way for me to highlight who the ones that act like bullies are.

Sept 8th 3:17 pm its been 4 months now. And i am still getting no results.
The HR from Blackbird Security clearly has stated via text that I am not the one they thought I was and Value Village. Amd they are ao rude about it!
Ruby from the black bird head office e told me when I first got in contact with her that she had not recieved an incident report regarding me and she would look into it. The security guards first said I was stealing.
I gave my phone number and receipts to check my account .Then they said that my receipts ( which they stand 5 feet away so dont gow they read it) was out of date. I gave the numbers to all my exchanges. Theni supplied evidence i was in the hospital at the time. I never heard back from ruby.
I had to call multiple times . Now they claim I assaulted them by spitting f on them.I sent a copy of my id, pictures of my tattoos, and hair color to compare me to this woman. I find it concerning that security guards can't recall who assaulted them absolutely ridiculous. Ruby said the value village top manager tried several times to reach me.
My phone records say thats a lie. So both Value Village and black bird security are to proud or scared to say they *** up and talk to me in person.
I told them I will filing a law suit for deformation of character and slander I requested the video copy and reports from both company's under the personal info law which means they have no choice but to supply me that which ia against me. They stopped talking to me again.
I called Ruby at the HO in Vancouver and when I first spoke to her She told me the security guards cannot ban people only the store can. So when they said and I qoute "you cannot override our decision " to the manager who said I am ok to be in the store that that was wrong.
Shr said she would contact the branch and find out what is going on. She never called me back. I left a message asking for an update and heard nothing back.
Also if im running out with bags like they say then showing them my receipts at the door after if they are watching me specifically like they said would notice me standing in line and going to a till contradicts what they claim I was doing. This has become absolutely ridiculous.
Keep track of everything you've done. Have documentation. So if you need to do slander and deformation of character you have all the evidence you need.
I still have yet to hear from both companies management. They have ignored my proof that I'm not the girl they think I am. And managers on both sides have not called me back responded to my letter, and Google review.
When I tried to go into Value Village (in victoria bc ) and told me I was banned from the store!. I asked why. They said I ran out with bags they have seen me many times. But they won't supply footage evidence, or say what it is i stole and despite my proof with receipts, my phone number purchase history and 3 managers backing me up .
They refuse to say they are wrong. I have tried talking to the higher up managers of both Value Village and Blackbird security and have not recieved . I'm on disability. I shop their because I can afford too.
Now I'm not allowed to enter the store.
No one can supply proof and they ignore mine. So now my name has been slandered as a thief and I'm considering taking legal action for the slander

Verified ReviewerHarrassment from the manager and black bird security of value village Victoria BC. The security are rude and very disrespectful to the costumers.
- - I was asked to leave Value Village and security grabbed my cart.
- - On a later visit they forced me to leave again and would not let me take my bag.
I go to value village like 3days a week or more. And one day I'm doing my regular shopping at value village the came at me and ask me to leave.
When I ask why all he can say is I have to go now .. and 3 security from black bird security Harrassing and forcely grab my shopping cart and push my way out... I can't imagine I'm with my family or with my kids. My kids gonna be traumatized and they gonna be thinking now that there dad is a theft...
I can not just really take it just like that... For my peace of mind I did try to came back after several weeks. And this time they let me in so I. Happy for that I thought maybe they realized that got the wrong guy...
But what the security did they power trip on me. I'm almost done and going to pay for my merchandised. After 30mins of shopping security came at me and ask me to leave again... And this time there more aggressive and arrogant...
They won't even let me take my bag from the shopping cart they said that's all from the store.
Even I told them to open the bag and they will see it's my personal stuff...story short they rub me for all my stuff... And who is the theft now huh...hope those guys learn there lesson and do there job properly...
