New Customer - no product for four months, no calls back from customer service or sales agent, they have breached our contract by not providing a product
Purchased the eTapestry database in October 2022. Go live date was promised 11-25-2022.
We have no product, cannot get to customer service, cannot get communication from sales agent, leadership, or even customer support. was assigned to an outside contractor which is on hold as we have grievance over being four months with no communication and no product.

Preferred solution: Discussion and reimbursement for months without a product. If no product is going to be provided, need to know.

Our financial rep. refuses to answer emails or call backs.
We have had a constant problem with billing since 2009. Its crazy how bad this organization is.
