Purchased the eTapestry database in October 2022. Go live date was promised 11-25-2022.
We have no product, cannot get to customer service, cannot get communication from sales agent, leadership, or even customer support. was assigned to an outside contractor which is on hold as we have grievance over being four months with no communication and no product.
