I SUBMITTED ALL THE INFO ON MY PURCHASE TO BLACK WOLF BUT IT SEEMS IT WILL TAKE LONGER NOW TO GET MY REFUND. THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER BUT I DID LIKE THE PRODUCT AND ENEDED UP BUYING THE PRODUCT ON LINE WITH AMAZON AND RECEIVED IT IN TWO DAYS!

I ordered a Hoge Laser Grip for my Sig P938 and it clearly states on their site that shipping will take 4 business days to happen. I contacted them at 4 days on FB.
They responded in a timely manner saying they were running a bit behind. I said I needed it by a certain date that my schedule allowed. They said they couldn't get it to me by that date. I asked that they refund me if not.
They did so promptly. I then was notified that my work schedule was revised and I was free for an additional week. I sent a message and they said if I re-order, they'd get it in the mail. I did and had the grip 3 days later!
They aren't absent and are a real company that just seems a bit overwhelmed.
They aren't Amazon, but you can take them for their word. That's my experience and feel they deserve it to be heard.

My complaint is of their customer service, its nonexistent. I have reached out and called this company and have yet to hear back from anyone.
Obviously someone else is using my name and my card information without me knowing.
But like I said earlier their customer service six! Below Im attaching 2 photos of this company continuously trying to charge my card for a subscription or whatever that I dont have!

Preferred solution: All I want is for them to stop running my card and for them to provide me the address on the account they are attempting to collect for. I want to catch whoever this person is that’s using my identity! And these people can certainly help do that

Their customer service is nonexistent. They are trying to charge my card 39.99 on several occasions and I dont have any subscription or anything else with this company which tells me someone is using my identity and if they are all I would like this company to do is give the address they have for this account and I can have the authorities handle it from there but I can not get anyone to help.
But yet they are right on top of charging me for a service o dont have. *** customer service.

Ordered on a Friday morning got confirmation of a shipping label the following Wednesday, tracked it and according to post office it didnt arrive at their local post office until Thursday Took them 5 days to get my order to the post office !

Product supposedly shipped, but still have never received over a month. Tried reaching out to company, told my responsibility to contact post office about missing product.
Contacted local Post Office, they tried tracking package, no luck.
Let company know and never hear anything back. I guess I got scammed out of some money by them!

Cancels orders then puts items back in stock
I placed an order for a knife, takes them 4-5 days to cancel saying it's not in stock with my refund money in limbo, then the very next day magically the knife is in stock.
Don't trust these people they don't know what they are *** or are just pulling favors for people they like.

I have not personally been contacted by Black Wolf. After no response, I filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau.
Black Wolf finally responded to the BBB and made false claims that I “demanded” a multitude of demands and used a lot of profanity. None of which is true! I am happy to provide every email I have sent them to prove the person responding on behalf of Black Wolf to the BBB has lied and the details of our transaction. Not only have they been wrong but now they are trying to blame my response to their canceling my order.
Keep in mind, “my response” is what they are lying about. Even tho it’s not true, from their perspective it’s a response.
This clearly makes the case that they canceled my order without cause and have never once made any attempt to explain it to me or ask me any questions. Buyer beware of a company that thinks they can walk all over their honest, law abiding, customer that pays them in full!
Three days later I received an email stating Black Wolf Supply canceled my order and refunded my $305. The only explanation given was Suspicion Transaction. Im a law abiding citizen with no criminal record, business owner, my payment was paid in full..... what is suspicious about that?
I called the phone number listed on their website 16 times over a couple days and no one ever answered. I have sent 6 emails inquiring why they canceled my order and more importantly what they meant by claiming Suspicious Transaction and as you have probably guessed, they have not responded. Anytime a company takes the role of judge and jury, unjustly assigns punishment to its customers that have done absolutely nothing wrong and doesnt have the curtesy of responding to emails or returning phone calls.... I personally classify this style of behavior as that of a tyrant dictatorship.
I have given ample opportunity for them to ask questions, explain their actions, at minimum they need to explain what is suspicious about an honest consumer purchasing their product. Possibly, that is the issue.... honest, law abiding, hard working people that actually pay their bills are not welcome to do business with a company that spews falsehoods and is to cowardly to explain their actions.
The automated cancellation email clearly stated they refunded my total purchase price in full. As of this very moment, the money has not been posted in my bank account.

Preferred solution: Delivery of product purchased, an apology for the way I’ve been treated, I’m open to their suggested compensation for making me feel like and implying I am some sort of con artist and/or criminal
