Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I raised a dispute with PayPal and continued to try to communicate with the seller. I finally spoke to someone in the phone who promised to follow up refund.

I ordered a baby mattress, now email notification re shipping came so I contacted. Cancelled ordered and apologised saying it was some glitch in their order system.

I was promised a refund within 3-7 business days.

Nothing and its been a month. They now wont respond to my emails or PayPal.

Terrible service, terrible company

Tried to scam me, steal my money and they blocked me. I requested a refund, was told Id receive it after 3-7 business days and over a month went by and I still hadnt received one. I contacted on everything and got no response again for ages, and only was contacted when I held them accountable in their comments on their socials, that took 2 minutes - when I waited for a month for the refund, and when I was refunded - it was afterpay, NOT them.

I would NEVER recommend.

Preferred solution: Apology, and compensation for the hassle and terrible treatment and service.

Ordered an outdoor dog kennel with roof On the 14 April 2023. Got my receipt but since then have had no notice for it to be delivered.

Tried to ring customer service phone number at least 40 times Up to today, 28 April 2023, (14 days )and it is a recording saying they are currently closed. I have tried emailing the supplied address numerous times, to voice my concerns and it wont let me send to that email address. Today when I tried to ring it says the number is disconnected!!!

So at this point I have ordered my dog kennel 14 days ago and have not had any correspondence from Black Swallow whatsoever, and have no way of contacting them. Dont know where I stand at the moment.

I'm in the same position as you. I feel for you.

I received order confirmation and have been waiting for my order now since 21st April, 2023. Express ahipping paid for. Delivery quoted as 4-8 days. A sad joke.

1 complaint responded to only. I have written numerous. Response stated the manufacturer was overwhelmed, as were Black Swallow.

(Paraphrasing) Now cancelling the transaction via my bank and placing the matter in the hands of my solicitors and statutory authorities. Avoid!

Precisely the same issues here. Only difference is product.

Now time to cancel the payment and pursue legal action. Statutory authorities will also be advised.

Loss = approximately AU$700.00 Avoid. Thanks for your report.

Didn't receive product, cancelled and promised refund within 7 days. Now no contact, no refund and no product. Cant get through on 1300 number even when calling 8.45am and says open at 8am.
