2 months since order and still haven't received any shipment information. When I email, all they say is that I should receive tracking information in the next few days but that never comes. If I ever get my order, will update review.

I ordered a zippo lighter a month ago for a Xmas gift and still never recieved and the emails are just auto reply and I'm pissed off if I can reach a human to tell me what is going on I'm reporting them. Poor customer service and poor business to bad ur representing a great musician!!!

I ordered 2 Black Sabbath BLM T shirts with all proceeds to go to BLM. After waiting for a while beyond the prescheduled delivery date I contacted them to find out it was delayed.
Since it had already been a week since it was to be delivered and that they chose to not alert me, I asked for a refund.
I keep getting the same response, that if I want a refund I need to let them know. I've requested it multiple times with no confirmation whatsoever, other than the same email stating that I'd need to let them know if I want a refund.
