Manager complaint

When we asked to be seated on Wednesday evening, April 9th, 2024, Jeff, the manager treated us in an unprofessional. confrontational and emotionally volatile manner after we asked to be seated at a booth in the far end of the restaurant where other customers were dining and where we always ate.

Brown crispy hard chunks of substance not at all like lobster dip. Then the manager was extremely rude and claims she could not give me a refund until her general manager was present the next day. She then came back with a receipt and said I just deleted the payment so it should show up on your bank account in two days she was extremely rude.Never again return to this restaurant again

The party that I was with had reservations at 8 oclock we did not get set until 830 and then the server we had was so slow and I ordered off of The Rock and he bought me a rock that wasnt hot so I had to sit meat on the table and wait for him to bring back hotter rock then he brought out loaded mashed potatoes. The cheese wasnt melted had to send that back on top of waiting so long for even drinks to come out.

It was just a horrible experience. This is not my first time at this location and I suggested this location to someone which is why we were there last night to celebrate someones birthday. It was horrible all the way around.

And then I was charged 18% for gratuity when all of us had split it checks and it was only myself and my boyfriend but on my receipt it says 3 people I dont think its fair that with the horrible service we had I had to pay 18% gratuity. I would love for someone to reach back out to me concerning this matter.

Waitress was stressed out, start crying, and said very inappropriate things in front of my children to me while we were celebrating my sons birthday it was very disrespectful and I am very offended and my children were very scared and uncomfortable. Please call me.

Extremely rude, waitress to my disabled brother when I called the next day, someone from corporate took care of it. Apologize up and down. Very thankful for that.

A waitress committed fraud using my sons credit card

The service was terrible and the waitress was given $2.00 but $20 was taken fraudulently from the credit card. After trying to dispute this matter at the location in Portage only to get the run around I feel frustrated and the victim of criminal activity because it seems like the restaurant is trying to protect her. My fiancé and I was there on February 13, 2023.
