I saw an ad for an online rebate if you purchase Black Magic tire shine I purchase Black Magic tire shine it was delivered to a local Neighborhood Auto Parts store I picked up the book of the tire shine and a receipt I did an online rebate form included a picture of the receipt this company sent me a postcard saying the receipt was ineligible so they would have me believe that a nationwide chain auto stores would try to cheat me on a receipt this is a hoax they just eant to make people buy a product and they never intended to give people a rebate for it
