Customer service

While out in Sturgis South Dakota for bike rally a friends bike broke down. It was towed to Rapid City Harley Davidson. The bike was taken apart as part of this evaluation. The estimate given was entirely to high. Some parts were returned while other parts were simply thrown away. To add insult to this already bad situation, Andy the service manage did not represent your company with any professionalism what so ever. He made no effort to satisfy several customers that I witnessed. Therefore, Harley Davidson will not see me in Rapid City again not even for a Tee Shirt. I am an owner myself and have never dealt with any of your dealerships and been treated in such a manner. It was shameful to say the very least.

Customer service at rapid city h d

a friends bike broke during Sturgis rally .stater was said to be problem then it was battery then it was voltage regulater. but the attitude of Andy the service manager was the worst..he did not care .several hundred dollars to tell said friend it was going to be over 9 hundred to fix.Lots of unsatisfied customers in service area talking to each other saying same thing.bad bad bad customer service.way over priced. bad attitude from andy. only made a bad situation a lot worst..i hope any one going to a rally does not have a problem but if you do don't go to rapid city h d..we traveled over 1900 miles to get there only to have a bad expeirince with h d dealer.I would hope corperate office would penalize rapid city in some way. I for one will never buy or visit rapid city h d for anything not even a t shirt or cup of coffee..
