Dear Black Forest Customer Service,

Im writing to you with serious concern about a disturbing experience I recently had with one of your products your fruit snacks, which have always been a trusted go-to in my home. I want to start by saying that I genuinely love your products.

Your gummy bears, in particular, are my absolute favorite, and Ive always appreciated the quality and taste that sets your brand apart. Thats why this experience was so disappointing.

While opening and preparing to enjoy a pack of your fruit snacks, I was shocked to find a solid piece of hard plastic mixed right in with the gummies. It wasnt something small or easily missed it was a clear, hard chunk that had no place in a product meant to be soft, chewy, and safe to eat. Thankfully, I noticed it before putting any of the gummies in my mouth.

What makes this even more alarming is how easily this could have gone unnoticed, especially by a child.

Imagine if a young child had eaten this without realizing it could have resulted in a chipped tooth, a choking hazard, or worse. These snacks are marketed toward families and children, which makes this kind of oversight especially unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

Im incredibly disappointed, and more than that, Im concerned. If it happened to me, how many others might also be at risk without even knowing it?

I sincerely hope this is a rare, isolated incident, but I urge your team to investigate how this happened and take immediate action to prevent it from happening again.

I would appreciate a response explaining how this could occur, what measures are being taken to address it, and how your company plans to ensure product safety moving forward. Additionally, I believe its fair to request something in return for this unsettling experience whether that be a replacement, a refund, or another form of compensation.
