RECEIVED DEFECTIVE FURNITURE

DO NOT DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY SELL CRAP FURNITURE. I bought a birthday present for my dying wife who had six brain surgeries and spent nine months in hospitals. We were married on the red rocks in Sedona and since i now needed a night table with drawers to hold her meds and clensers etc i bought this Kensington 3 drawer night table for her. Soon after we found out the tumors are back and shes dying. Here's the story. The first one showed up with 2 out of 3 drawers not opening. No clearance around the draws and the units frame was out of square. They paid for a caropenter to come here to fix it but it was too much so they sent a second unit. This one was never inspected by the Mexican factory and when received the top draw binds and rubs. Also they didn't put a clear coat on top of the stain so when you dust it the stain comes off on the rags. They don't care and said to Visa that i signed for it. Who dusts a new cabinet until it needs it. I've asked the service mgr Rhiannon to have the owner call me but they ignore the request. I'm in arbitration currently with them and Chase. They are terrible and sell junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE//// Rick Breitstein

Canister was broken when I opened it. I called and customer service was very nice and replaced item with no hassle.

Don't buy the large pinecone clock. It was fine for a few months then it started losing time. Would have to reset it once a week. That went on for months. Now it's too fast!!! What the hell?!!! Just be advised.

False adveritising

They claim a lot of their items are "Black Forest Decor Exclusives!" when the items are available at tons of other places for less. eg: Cast Iron Pine cone Knobs, handles etc - available at multiple places for less then their "sale" price. Getting sick of seeing everything is "exclusive" when in fact it is not, they even use the same stock photo's as everyone else! Quit falsely advertising! It is getting old and a lot of your customers are getting screwed. Buyer beware, do your homework and save your money. Spend it where the Company does not resort to false advertising. They also resort to "sales" - again, shop around!
