- - Support calls take 4-6 business days for a tech visit.
They installed our Shoretel system a few months back have we have had issues with it since. Paul Feller, the sales rep who sold us this piece of S#$T, told us that they have an excellent service team.
Everytime we call to get a tech out to resolve our issues, it takes them 4-6 business days to show up. This is poor customer service and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
How can you sell someone a product and not be able to support it in a timely manner? We always get excuses, like, "Their techs are on other jobs" or "We have no one avilable".

- - Reps from Black Box 2 Trade offered a $6,000 software with a $2,500 start and $900 monthly returns.
- - SEC shows the company isn't listed.
In the last couple of weeks, we, seniors, have been contacted by two repesentatives from Black Box 2 Trade, Chris Newman and Sebastian Timmiere (d) wanting us to purchase their $6,000 software program - initially $2500 (with a purported return of $900 monthly. Our names apparently appear on a public list which anyone can use. Sounds too good to be true! As a senior, it is frightening. pumw
Please check into this company and help make it possible so that they and other companies like their's leave us seniors alone. Checked with SEC - they aren't listed with them.
