Black Bear Harley Davidson

Well today october the 11,2015 i had spoke with Harley via email.about 200dollar pair of skull quentin leather boots they told me to contact my local harley store so i called Black bear of wythville virginia anr spoke to a very rude young lady that said she could do nothing to help me when it is clearly there responsabilty im a single mother who doesnt have alot of money i wanted to buy a pair of nice leather boots and takr care of them so they would last a long while.when i got them there was a huge white spot where the color of tye leather had come off the other boot looks nothing like that so it woukd look *** to wear them like that.also the silver details were rusted.with cutomer service like this i see Harley Davidson going outta buisness for not careing about there customers who have made them rich.
