Horrible service

If I could give 0 stars I would. The waitress was so nice. But the general manager discriminated me and my cousin. She was rude about the situation and she never introduce who she was before she started to demand for things. I absolutely will not be returning.

BAD SERVICE

I was in Auburn Ca sitting at the bar and I placed my order. I was the only person at the bar and there were 3 tables with 2 people at each table. My order didnt begin until 20 min later. I could see if it was busy but it was not busy. I was upset because I lived in Yreka and Ive met the owners and we would always go to Mt Shasta for breakfast. Your Auburn location is a *** show and I will NEVER go back

This is part two of my review

My experience at Black Bear restaurant my review was towards an employee not the establishment or towards the general manager or the owner I'm happy to say that you took my concerns to heart I appreciate the fact that she took time out of her busy schedule to call me so I could voice my concerns to her so this review started off not so good but end it with a good outcome communication on both parts is always better than having to write one review on the service of an employee not the restaurant at hand fault

The worst service ever

Today is New Year's Day I had a family get together to celebrate the new year I have family from out of town that I have not seen in years and I chose to go to your restaurant big mistake our waiter was a gentleman we ordered appetizers and drinks we're enjoying our food when another waitress that was not assigned to us came to our table very aggressively and asked us if we're ready to order we didn't understand because we had just got our appetizers and asked the gentleman that was assigned to us if we could have 10 to 15 minutes to enjoy our appetizers but she complied and walked away out of nowhere the waitress Valerie proceeded to go to our waiter and tell him to hurry up and take our order because she wanted to go home I heard it loud and clear and so did my guest as we placed our orders she proceeded to come back and tell us that they close at 6:00 mind you we're still trying to finish our appetizers without rushed and uncomfortable at this point as we placed our orders our waiter came to the table wanting to substitute our orders because certain things that we order you guys did not have we wanted buffalo wings when he took our order he brought back chicken strips we did not order chicken strips one of my family members is allergic to root beer and they brought him root beer and didn't know which cup it was I was not going to have him drink the wrong cup of soda there was no miscommunication from my part but because of your waitress I think it was done purposely and so does my family as we heard her talking about us and complaining as I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave because my family members were uncomfortable nobody came back to the table so I proceeded to ask my grandson to get the carryout containers because I was not going to sit there and eat after all of this my grandson went to the front register to ask them and they told him they were in the back where the sodas were so my grandson went and got our containers so we could take out our food I have pictures of that and that is very upsetting that my grandson had to go and retrieve the containers to put our food in that we were not comfortable to eat in your restaurant I have a picture of my receipt well I paid over $200 to have the worst dinner and family reunion at your establishment thank you to you and your company for starting off my new year with the worst service not to mention my family reunion.
