A driver with cab no. T58711 refused fare at charlotte st,brisbane city rank around 3pm on 24/10/2024.He asked the passenger about his destination and then refused him.I was behind him.I asked this driver to leave the rank and he didnt leave rank as well.He started to behave aggresive with me and costumer as well.This is not his first time he did this before many time as well.Driver like him just taking taxi industry image down.Black and white cab should take strict action against hin.
