I would never use this company again. I ordered a Christmas tree through Groupon and was given a delivery date.
Not only did my tree not arrive, I was never informed by BL Christmas trees that my order would be late. With children anxiously waiting for a tree, I went out to buy one. Not knowing if or when the ordered tree would arrive. One week later, 10 days before Christmas the tree arrived.
Now having 2 trees.
I've tried to return the late unwanted tree, I've asked for a refund. This company will not refund me, and wouldn't take responsibility for the late tree.

WE ORDERED WHAT APPEARED TO BE A BEAUTIFUL BALSAM CHRISTMAS TREE FROM THE WEBSITE FROM BL PLANTATION FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, AND WHAT WE GOT DELIVERED TO US WAS THE CRAPPIEST, MOST EXPENSIVE TREE WE EVER PURCHASED. WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN THAT THE NEEDLES WERE FALLING OFF LIKE CRAZY BEFORE WE EVEN PUT LIGHTS ON, THE EMPLOYEE TOLD US TO TAKE A PHOTO AND SEND OVER TO THEM SO THAT THEY COULD PROCEED TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION.
WE OBVIOUSLY EXPECTED THAT TO EITHER BE TO SEND US A DECENT REPLACEMENT TREE TO MAKE GOOD ON OUR PURCHASE OR TO FULLY REFUND US AND MAYBE EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OF HAVING TO GO OUT AND GET ANOTHER TREE. GUESS WHAT WE GOT?! NOTHING, NOT A CALL BACK, NOTHING!!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! WE ENDED UP HAVING TO GET A SECOND TREE WHICH WAS IRONICALLY LESS THAN 1/3 OF THE BL PRICE AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY (IT AT LEAST LASTED TO CHRISTMAS).
BL Christmas Trees Plantations Unable to Perform

Watch out for BL Christmas Trees from Quebec, Canada. The sales people have no problem being nice before products are shipped.
But once they arrive at your destination, do not count on having your order perfect. And do not expect that they will fix it before you start selling the product. Be sure not to pay the full amount before the product is accounted for. Count all trees, wreaths , bales, etc.
before you pay the truck driver.
This is the third time in four years that I have had an issue with my order. They will say "we have trucks going out and will fix the order." But they never do....

We are sincerely sorry for your situation. We did not deliver 100% of your order, that is true.
Please also bare in mind that your order was only confirmed very late in November when we had already started shipping, and that we did not ask you to pay for the product that was not delivered. We encourage our clients to confirm their order earlier in the season to avoid those situations.
B&L trees is a scam for sure. They cant grow anything, they have a maybe 50 acres up in canada.
Then they come down to oregon an north carolina and try to by trees for nothing. They are a bunch of low life yuppies acting like they work and grow trees and thats a joke.
If you want a quality trees and great customer service you should stick with USA grown Trees. Stay away from yamaha and hugo or whatever their names are.
We do have Christmas trees plantations in Quebec Canada as well as in North Carolina where we grow nice Balsam fir and Fraser fir Christmas trees. You are most welcome to visit our plantations during the month of September, when the trees are sheared and almost ready to be harvested for the upcoming month of November.
