Deli dept.

There is not enough staff in the deli department. There was one person cutting cod cuts the last two times I was there. The price of the cold cuts you can't beat anywhere else, which is the reason I got this BJ's membership. But to wait this long to get cold cuts is not worth the price. They should pay the people that cut the cold cuts more to be an incentive for the employees to work back there or to hire more people.

My BJ's Mastercard stopped working after 1 use. I had to use a different credit card at check out.

Calls to Comenity Bank are futile. I Stayed on Hold multiple times for 30+ mins. to no avail. I never got connected to anyone, Warehouse employees have no insight into the problem or ability to fix it.

Of course they suggested I call Comenity. One employee actually called Comenity and got the same result I did...nothing. When I inquired about how I could get my rewards...they told me I had to call Comenity Bank. and so it goes.

I have extremely negative opinion about BJ's because they fail to recognize or remedy the problem, and seem completely unaware that this is a serious customer service issue. I'm VERY glad COSTCO is coming to Daytona.

Delivery issue

Is there still an issue?? Well I still can not get my order delivered. After multiple calls and the last one to a manager who promised he would be in touch and hasnt. When I was getting orders the delivery drivers call me for my address because Bj;s doesnt give it to them for some reason. I had this same issue months ago, it took almost 2 months to resolve. So yes I would say I'm still having problems.I have spent countless hours on the phone with "reps" this past year.

Several times I've tried to get this resolved by trying to get someone to answer the phone at their customer service number and stopping at the place I purchased these terrible knives. They are a colorful six-piece knives set which I put in a drawer when only one of them cut.

In the photo please view the chipped red knife which is the only one that was ever usable.

Who knows how much red paint or whatever ended up in food?

There is supposedly a 25-year warranty on the set. The company is failing to honor their own warranty without my old receipt.

The set was purchased at BJ's Warehouse when they offered customer service. Now if the purchase is over 365 days they will not do anything to help people paying to belong to their warehouse.

Today I called and I'm so disappointed with the warehouse that I'm going to cancel my membership. I'm not sure if I've ever spoken with anybody at any customer care line that was as stupid as the woman that answered the phone today.

I have been a member for over 15 years. Lately the service is not what it used to be. The credit card company used by BJS was unable to reach for most of the summer. Many hours waiting to get answers

I bought a leather reclining chair from BJS June of 2020 I can find it on my charge card but they couldn't find the purchase. It had a warranty of three years.

I brought the chair back to BJS and purchased a new one they only gave me 100.00 towards a new one. I had to get someone to bring it back and return my new one. This service is not for free. I feel you did not live up to your standards I am 78 years old and my husband is 84.

Ever since this past summer between your bank credit card not giving awards and having to use a different payment method and hours waiting on the phone for service from both Bjs and the bank.

Every B.js store I went into to ask questions they reply was we know but nothing has been done wait and we will figure it out someday. I have a Costco and a Sams Club card and never had all these problems a sad day for BJS

I purchased the already prepared chicken Alfredo and already prepared hot wings 2 trays from the deli department and again it was spoiled this is the third time this has happened to me with the chicken Alfredo this is the first time with the hot wings and because I live a distance from the location I never take it back I just throw it away this time my self and minor children have eaten it and have been sick since yesterday I couldn't taste it originally because I don't have a since of smell and taste due to being sick but once my adult family members went to eat they almost thrown up and because of the smell this is by far the worst experience I have to make a visit to er because of the upset stomach and vomiting I would not recommend buying these meals I will never buy again.

This is not the first time this has happened. I have a coupon labelled "exclusive for you" it is the Wellsey Farms Kettle cooked potato chips for a discount of $2.50. I activated the coupon into my card via the app and when I went to purchase these chips I did not receive the discount.

The system still hasn't updated "my orders" in the app so I can't screenshot it at the moment but I'm sure you have this information (East Rutherford NJ BJs club 8 register 41 06/18/2022 08:48 PM : 11 items).

I still purchased the chips and have my receipt.

It even states on the app that this coupon is valid for all BJ's locations and it doesn't expire till 6/29/22!

So my question is, why give me the false sense of thinking that I'm saving money when the coupons doesn't even register in your system?!

This is not right.

Undercooked Rotisserie Chickens

Recently I purchased a chicken which my wife and I found to be mainly pink and some red throughout. It clearly was undercooked and this has occurred numerous times. The purpose of buying a ready made cooked chicken is to eliminate cooking the chicken ourselves. Please consider having the chefs leave the chicken that is being cooked in for a little longer time. This would make for a much more enjoyable experience and a much SAFER experience. Thanks for your consideration. Respectfully, Dave Birenkrant P.S.
