I can’t even get into my account in order to cancel the subscription, I can’t even talk to a customer service manager, and they say that you can cancel at anytime. Bizrate is the worst company

In order to cancel the subscription, we must access the account, which has proven to be impossible!! And the customer service is non existent . I need to cancel this subscription of useless cheep magazines !!

User's recommendation: Please avoid this company … Bizrate . They claim you can cancel at anytime, well, that’s not true at all.
