I asked many times what happens to a survey I started and didnt finish of my own accord because I was sick and answered one question too quickly and wanted it thrown out. Trying to be honest.
I wrote about 6 times and they answer by saying not everyone gets selected. I was selected and wanted to tell them I made a mistake and wanted to be sure that answer wasnt used by not using it. I only did one survey this year it would be easy to find. Is this the way they treat their clients.
One of the survey takers, me, trying to do right thing gets completely ignored by answering a question I did not ask. Please help. If it went thru, then I hope margin of error existed.
But be kind enough to give me an answer. If you only answer 4 or 5 questions do they use survey

Tired of companies using this service to send me email ads for products I don't want to purchase, and their clients refusal to unsubscribe me after multiple attempts.
Woman Within uses Bizrate to send ads to my email. Woman within CS unable to remove my email from their database, so I get Woman Within Ads every hour!! Sick and tired of this BS, and will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities naming both Bizrate and Woman Within, etal.
Preferred solution: Removed from Bizrate's email lists.

You have renewed subscriptions for the second year without my permission.
You state that you do not send client a receipt and yet you do t have any problem charging me.
You will not send me a cancellation notice after repeated requests prior to my second renewal charge

The last two years, I came up against the same thing as what is currently on my screen. I made a purchase, took a Bizrate survey, and was offered magazines for a nominal $2-per-subscription charge.
I selected the magazines I want, both offers CLEARLY STATING that the subscription is for a FULL YEAR, and when I was taken to another screen, suddenly one has turned into a 26-week subscription, and the other is now for 3 months!
I'm not finishing my order this time.
Last year I called when this happened, and I thought it was straightened out, as the label on my magazines showed a subscription ending date of Oct. 1. But in the middle of the year, they suddenly changed it to end in July, and have been charging me for every issue!
Not only that, I have a People Magazine subscription which I have tried to cancel twice, was billed a large amount (close to $100!), and have been charged monthly for it as well!
All my attempts to get refunded and end the People subscription, both by phone and via email, have been for naught!
This used to be a good company, but the last few years they have been terrible to deal with! They lie and they cheat!

In order to cancel the subscription, we must access the account, which has proven to be impossible!! And the customer service is non existent . I need to cancel this subscription of useless cheep magazines !!

Bisrate scammed me on journeys website
Bizrate and all of its sub-components is a total scam! I recently attempted to shop for boots on journeys.com.
While I was shopping all of a sudden a pop up that was pushing magazine subscriptions appeared. When I went to check out anouther pop up appeared that said vans. I didnt click on it, but it didnt mater. The site froze after I entered my card info and a survey appeared-survey did not identify itself as bizrate, but thats what it was-I realize that now.
My order went through-order number51153****, and my bank account was immediately charged.I was sent a confrontation email, and the next morning I recieved another message saying my boots had shipped, then a week later said they had been delivered.now things get weird.when I opened the box and tada! Fake vans were inside, not my boots. My boots never came. I always contended that this happened due to malware/malicious adware on journeys website.
Turns out I was right journeys partners with bizrate- a scam survey and adware company.
Worst part is journeys deliberately purchased the services of this scam company to generate payed for reviews for themselves and increase web traffic to their site! So more people can get scammed!

Can't log in to site
I signed up to take some BizRate surveys. When I got an email for a survey, I clicked on the link which took me to a page to log in.
No matter what I tried, I couldn't log in.
I clicked on the link and nothing happened. With no way to contact BizRate, I guess I'm done taking surveys before I even started!

Charges I cannot get stopped for magazines
I have attempted, on several different occasions during the past year to get unreasonable charges stopped for magazines I do not want. They are impossible to contact and leave me feeling helpless, to a degree.
Maybe helpless is the wrong word, but I am certainly not hopeless and will continue to fight Bizrate, even if it requires legal assistance.
Preferred solution: Stop sending magazines that I do not want!!! I have asked several times and believe that two of the four magazines have been canceled. I still need cancellations on house beautiful and living. This is my final attempt to get this taken care of by myself,

Charges for magazines that I have tried to cancel. There is no working phone number available and I have received no response to emails.
None of the phone numbers listed work!
I am continually being charged for magazines I do not wish to receive. Am PayPal account is charged every month.
If the charges are not stopped, I will cancel the PayPal account, therefore stopping your stealing money from me.
