Mr Tony Bizakis careless rude unethical

This business has a tremendous lack of organization. He couldn't find my mink coat i had to drive back to my residence to find my certificate, he couldn't find my "index card" had to wait for 45min. Customer service is as bad as the cleaning on my coat still smelly just as bad when i brought in didn't look clean at all and on top of all horrible attitude he tried to charge me again!!!And while i was waiting for my coat i can hear people complaining about the store being so dirty and unorganized front desk look messy and dirty this place has change drastically it was nice and clean with a family own business environment. Mr Bizakis need to learn how to use a computer they come handy or even better don't deal with public. Rude,rude and rude.
