Absolute Waste
- - Listings aren’t updated when deals are pending.
- - Four of six inquiries close soon; NDA requested.
- - Some listings included fake financials.
Still the same. We don’t even look anymore. It’s a waste of time.
Do not waste your time looking and inquiring. We have been on here for almost 2 years looking for a business.
Often we would spend hours looking and inquiring. What we found was brokers do not update listings when pending and or closing. Just today alone we inquired about 6 and 4 are closing in a couple of weeks. The listing did not note that and they still asked for an NDA.
Why do I need to give a broker my info so he can respond with "they are closing"? We have also received fake financials.
We could have started a brand new business and had it up and running by now. Bizquest and its brokers are a joke!

Cancellation

2/24/22 they did agree to refund two months but Ive called numerous times. It is a pain. One call should be enough.
I mean I guess its a good company but I didnt sell my business through them sold personally. Not the best use of money spent.

No reply about service offered

- - If not for sale, inform the inquirer and explore other marketing tools.
Have sent several E-mails about purchase of a business and have had no reply at all. If you have a business with an asking price of $450,000.00 and someone is interested in a cash purchase I would think you would have the curtesy of a reply.
If the business is no longer for sale or not available let the party that is inquiring know so that they can look for other prospects and not continue wasting their time.
This seems like a lack of common courtesy and respect on the behalf of Biz Quest. If you have a business for sale you might want to consider other marketing tools.
