Over charged me

they double charged me i only wanted to make 1 payment not 2 i want my over payment amount put back on my debit card i cant seem to find a phone number to call about this issue

Pet insurance does not pay out

One of my pets had a limp in her leg on 1/17/2021. I made an appointment with Banfield pet hospital to have an examination on 1/20/2021. The attending vet recommended X-rays. I had x-rays done. I filed a claim with Bivvy on 1/20/21. The claim was denied on 1/26/2021. The reasoning the provided were varying from the representative I spoke with: 1. Since there was no injury or illness diagnosed, the policy does not cover x-rays. a. My response was how can an injury or illness be determined if the attending vet recommends x-rays and Bivvy does not cover x-rays if no injury or illness was determined? 2. Other excuse Bivvy denied my x-ray claim was due to a "pre-existing condition." My dog had a leg surgery on 12/17/2019 for a broken leg. My policy started 2/25/2020. In the vet notes from 1/20/21, they found no bacterial infection or issue with my dogs leg. In the doctor's not it was not determined it was due to her surgery back on 12/17/2019. The doctor's note stated that the issue with her leg "could be" dues to a shift in a pin in her leg from surgery, but that it could not be determined without a surgical consult. I have a surgical consult on 2/18/2021. Bivvy however denied my x-rays claims. The representatives just read from a script to me on their response without further investigation. This policy is a scam.
