This is all wrong i was simply asking what to use to glue puzzles I think well I know they got this mixed up. I love Bits and Pieces an order all the time from them. I think also it got sent there to

Bits and Pieces have just ignored my comments regarding their completely unsatisfactory service... no apology, just silence. I will never be ordering from them again!
I had an order cancelled in November but a few days ago called and gave a valid credit card number. I do not see my order on my list of orders and as this is the second time of trying, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER as it is now too late for this order to arrive as the birthday is on the 4th.

Missing stuff in order

Two orders number 332******** of the Galileo weather station,no batteries came with order plus no info on how to set the clock. You catalog states 1 button battery with each order.
No info on were the battery goes.

- - They promise 2-3 days, but no shipping email or tracking number.
Ordered 3 puzzles on January 30, 2023, still waiting on my order to be shipped as of February 17, 2023. The company replies to my emails, with the statement that they will be shipped in 2-3 business days every time.
But I still haven't received the email saying they have been shipped or a tracking number. Don't order from this company, they take your money immediately and never ship the product!
