Ordered 3 puzzles on January 30, 2023, still waiting on my order to be shipped as of February 17, 2023. The company replies to my emails, with the statement that they will be shipped in 2-3 business days every time. But I still haven't received the email saying they have been shipped or a tracking number. Don't order from this company, they take your money immediately and never ship the product!
