I took my computer in for software issues, was told by person that they had a business 24 hour guarantee turn around for $100.00, that was something I was glad to pay as I needed this computer back soon. That was on the 31st of December, since they were going to be closed on the 1st it was going to be the 2nd for me to get it back, I get a call on the 2nd saying that they could not do anything with it, I suggested reinstalling the software, which they did.

I also did not get it back that day, yesterday I get a call saying it was done. GUESS WHAT?

Another 48 hours had passed, and I get charged that $100.00 24 hour turn around fee, dang 120 hours and they rip me off for $100.00, I paid it but the work they have done for me over the last 10 years (four custom built computers and this one was one of them) and I get ripped off like this, I will not be back, not will my friends, family and any one else I can talk to.

That's like ordering a pizza from 30 miles away at rush hour and expecting to get it in 30 minutes or less.

Or ordering something with next business day delivery, when the next day is a national holiday, then the next two days are weekend days, as new year 2016 was.
