Two-Authentication isn't sending a code to my phone
I am unable to direct my staff due to not being able to get into my account. The two-step authentication isn't sending the code to my device.
Email Send Limit per month
The company provides on its website a list of plans and prices about the services it offers and what each service has to offer. The company I work for hired the best plan, where it informed the availability of sending up to 1 million emails per month.
However, she does not inform that there is a daily limit of one thousand emails.
The only thing they have on this subject is a support article stating that this limit can be increased gradually if every time you reach the limit, no email is refused by the provider (which is impossible when we are talking about marketing) and that there can be no shipping errors (something impossible too). The company refused to send the service contract executed for analysis, and verification of the clause about this limit information, and I have been talking to the support for more than a month to try to resolve this impasse, it is very frustrating and exhausting, and be misleading as they offer a service that youll never be able to use to the full.
