I have tried to cancel the order that was placed apparently by mistake and to no avail has it been canceled yet. Very disappointed. I never authorized this shipment never even went to the checkout .

The problem is not with the company but with DHL delivery, which I have found to not be the most reliable for this delivery or in the past for unrelated deliveries. Bite was responsive.

It has been a very unpleasant experience. Call customer service.
They say they will have some.call me when they are open. I called yesterday. Here it is almost 6pm my time and still ko call. More money than was suppose to be taken out was taken out of my account.
And I can not get anyone to call me back. I am very upset

I tried to talk to someone to simply ask question about why Bites were soft, yellowish and bad tasting. They required me to pay $1 for customer service! I canceled my subscription.
Preferred solution: I would like to speak to customer service without paying $1!!!
Order mix up
I accidentally order more Bites, when I was trying to change my order, I called and did not get someone to fix this issue. I do not want all these Bite orders.
I will look elsewhere for the same type of product. I will cancel my subscription.

I have two orders of bites that are not useable, darken yellow soft, went bad orders, I dont have much time to contact you, via this way, very unhappy with this situation and not being able to contact you on live phone to explain, I want to be able to talk on phone with live representative, need to resend order, without any charge.

Damn, their website does not offer a phone number. I had to go online and eventually found a phone number.
They charged me $34 for toothpaste. I did not reorder.
When I originally ordered this on Instagram, it said it was natural. It didnt say anything about fluoride and certainly not xylitol which is horrible for your stomach lining but they did refund me my money and canceled my subscription and customer service once I got through to them as a pissed customer Was very good
