Terrible and not recommended.Purchased and continually crashes and slows machine to a crawl. Contacted support they opened a ticket but never contacted me or took action to resolve the problem. Bitdefender may be highly rated, however dealing with the simple minded Romanian customer service does not inspire confidence. Trying to determine what is a reasonable price for Bitdefender Total Security for Multiple Devices 2017 is not straight forward in the least. Had been happy with bitdefender until time to renew. Though renewed, get messages that subscription ending shortly. Cannot load Bitdefender on one of my computers. Their customer service is virtually nonresponsive-worst I have encountered.

Had Bitdefender installed in two desktops and on a laptop for a # of years without difficulty and agreed that it was a good system UNTIL- both desktops started losing internet connects when W 10 updated.
