Money mess up
I thought my account was messed up, so I used my other email address, and it made me another account. I didn't want that.
My money that I put on it went to that account, which I can't log into. I want it on my regular account: natasha.scott46@***.com. I changed my phone number. The number is 840-222-****.
Please let me know what I'm supposed to do, or can you guys give me my money back to my Cash App account? Thank you.

I have no understanding as to how you can treat your players the way you do. You should be ashamed of yourself for what you are doing.
No one should ever have to wait over two months to get their winnings from you. I have had my account on hold since May and no one will help me. All I get is an automatic response from your customer service reps, and no one will respond to my emails. I've done absolutely nothing wrong for this to happen.
I've been nothing but a loyal player. I'm a level 8, so you know I've spent some money playing through you, and this is how you treat us.

I have called them and spoke to someone who did nothing to help me, I've sent emails and they won't respond to them and when I contact customer service reps in their web site all they do is copy and paste their same response to me. No one will help me get my money to me. 2 months is waiting is ridiculous
15 days ago I requested to cash out and they put my requested onhold due to irregular winning patterns which makes no sense. I've been playing thru them for a couple years now and lost thousands of dollars and won some of it back but I've had a week of good luck and now they refuse to pay me my winnings saying it's still under review and I've been told 4 different reasons as to why my account is on hold and it's insane to me. I want my money and I promise I'll never play thru them ever again
