On the 24th of September, I made a deposit to play on the Vegas-X platform and won and withdrew $250 out of the total $259 that I had. $250 is the maximum I can withdraw a day for Level 5 Tier.
That left a balance of $9 in the game, which I played, and then received my daily bonus dollar. With the daily bonus, I won the gold jackpot of $987.64. As soon as I won the jackpot, I contacted support through chat on the website and asked what the process is to withdraw when you win the jackpot and your maximum withdrawal amount per day is $250. The person who I chatted with that day, after reviewing my account, told me that I could make a withdrawal of $250 at 7:44 AM the next day and that I would be contacted by email with further instructions.
The next day, I made my request to withdraw and received an email saying my withdrawal request was declined because I won that with my daily bonus and needed to make a deposit in order to be able to withdraw. I had made a deposit one day before, but I said, 'OK, I'll make another deposit,' but when I deposited, it got declined because it said, 'In order to deposit, it is mandatory to ensure that there is no outstanding balance.' So I cannot deposit because the money from the jackpot that I won is still there, but I cannot withdraw either. Can you explain that to me, please? I hope you can help me resolve this.
It clearly says on the withdrawal page that if you win with the daily bonus, the maximum withdrawal amount is $100 daily.
Well, they are not even letting me take out the $100. And they have me bouncing around from 'you need to deposit before you can withdraw' to 'we cannot deposit if there is money in your account.

I have contacted customer service several times and finally I received an email from someone in customer service and this was their answer: “This decision is final and will not be reviewed or changed.”
I won the gold jackpot of $987. Now they dont let me withdraw they say I have to deposit before I can withdraw.
When I try to deposit they decline my deposit because I have to be at zero before I can deposit. They are just giving me the runaround.

No one should ever have to wait over two months to get their winnings from you. I have had my account on hold since May and no one will help me. All I get is an automatic response from your customer service reps, and no one will respond to my emails. I've done absolutely nothing wrong for this to happen.

I have called them and spoke to someone who did nothing to help me, I've sent emails and they won't respond to them and when I contact customer service reps in their web site all they do is copy and paste their same response to me. No one will help me get my money to me. 2 months is waiting is ridiculous
15 days ago I requested to cash out and they put my requested onhold due to irregular winning patterns which makes no sense. I've been playing thru them for a couple years now and lost thousands of dollars and won some of it back but I've had a week of good luck and now they refuse to pay me my winnings saying it's still under review and I've been told 4 different reasons as to why my account is on hold and it's insane to me. I want my money and I promise I'll never play thru them ever again
