Complaint relating to a contract dispute
Company refused to honor a clause in the contract because it would have cost them money to do so. I reached out to the owner, but he would not budge. The only option was legal action but there is a tiny clause in the contract that basically disputes need to be arbitrated by and arbitration company and it would cost me $1500 just to get in the door!
