Exactly as described by so many of the other negative reviews. I had a similar experience with these clowns.

I bid on a firearm, I won the auction, and I paid in full. After waiting over 90 days since payment, I had not received the item. I called the credit card company and reversed the payment. These people are dishonest and unethical.

Also, they are 'shill bidding', which is bidding up the prices for their own auction listings on HiBid in order to get more money out of the other bidders.

That's right, the auctioneer is bidding against actual bidders to draw more money out of their 'customers'. Totally gross.

Who owns Ollie's Guns LLC and Bisman Bids? Is it Elizabeth G. Doll ?

Is it Brett Ruff ? Either way, they are reprehensible, dishonest, and grossly unprofessional by any measure. Their phone number listed in their current HiBid profile is disconnected. They clearly want to limit contact with their disgruntled customers.

Their FFL should be revoked, as well as their auctioneers license.

. I'm going to contact HiBid and the ATF tomorrow, get the ball rolling.

STAY AWAY, these guys are complete trash! You can only contact throw email no phone number.

They advertise as no reserve but put in ghost bids on every idem so you are bidding against them until the reserve is met. If you buy any thing they have no intention of delivering a thing, they will charge you in full on day one and then you wait. The shipping takes 3 + months to even ship.

I feel they do this so you will cancel your order and they can charge a $200 restocking fee, on something they probably don't have in the first place. I contacted HI BID they know they suck they just said we known they are slow to ship.

Be aware that they are selling items off the shelf that they may or may not have when the auction is finished. I bid on some ammo for my rifle and they sent a completely different brand.

I emailed them and their only response was "It looks like that was subbed in as per our terms, if we are unable to source the original item, we will substitute another."

So basically they don't have items they are selling, they are using this to sell stuff off the shelf.

Lucky for me it was only ammo.

I would have a insurance/credit card claim if they replaced a gun for some random brand that I didn't want.

Do NOT use them and be careful of their 'Terms' if you do. They were no help and Hibids who hosted the auction didn't help either.

Purchased a thermal scope from Bismanbids through Hibid.com and the credit card was charged the day the auction ended. Received the invoice with a note saying it could take up to 8 weeks to ship which was not noted in the action info.

Emailed Bisman at 7 weeks asking for and update and their reply was we are working on it. At 9 weeks I was looking through Hibid and found Bisman had new auctions selling the same scope I had purchased and not received. I called me cc company and filed a dispute on the charges. Then called Hibid and let them know about Bismans.

I believe Bismans is selling merchandise they do not have, can not get, or dosnt want to ship if sold under retail prices.

Unfortunately Hibid.com is still offering Bisman auction. I would definitely not advise anyone purchase any merchandise from Bisman.

Buyers, be aware, this place is a fraud. The phone number doesn't work, and they do not respond to email requests either.

All the auctions are set up; they rob you with fees and if you ever try to cancel something you accidentally bid on, you can forget it. They are very quick about taking your money but good luck getting it back.

There are much better and reputable auctions out there. Save yourself and buy from a different company.
