Issues with new trailer and service department
Multiple issues with new trailer, including multiple roof leaks with the latest shorting out wiring causing a fire. Appliances not working properly, awning missing screws causing sagging, leaking wrinkling, broken leveling Jack's, shower door wall bowed so bad door couldn't close, roof has lumps under membrane with cracks around roof penetrations, lump under living room vinyl floor, damaged and bent steps, outdoor kitchen door doesn't seal allowing water to leak into interior of kitchen, plumbing leak in kitchen and more... We had this trailer delivered towards the end of May, it has been back to your service once already, has been serviced in the field 3 times and just caught on fire.
We have a bad trailer , you are about to have a bad customer that personally has 3.5 million reviews so far of postings on Google.

Cheyenne service department
The service department at the Cheyenne location is horrible my 5th wheel has been there for 2 months for warranty work and damage that they did to the unit keep getting the run around they never call me for an update I always have to call them no communication whatsoever.. whats the point in making an appointment I guess to sit on the lot ..
oh yea and they tell you they received the wrong parts and have to reorder them ..
service at this location is a complete disaster there should be some sort of compensation for this . Very disappointed with them .,

Bish's RV Richmond VA plus corporate office refuses to provide service on a brand new RV. Crooks or sources of senior adult discrimination?
When a corporate person got involved I thought things were looking up. One repair was made among seversl; then pretty much non-apologies ("I'm sorry you feel that way.") and crickets.
Given my age and lack of experience along with my established caution regarding anything on wheels I thought I'd also purchased warranties and memberships to give me the same repair and roadside protections I'd invest in for my car. At my second RV park ever the black tank (for sewerage) began showing full though it was emptied only a week ago. Lots of online sources say it probably isn't really full but that sensors are malfunctioning. Also one of four stabilization jacks is bent and appears to be about to fall off.
I've reported these several times to the Bish's from where I bought the RV. The local store and corporate office refuse to have these corrected, claiming my warranties are not as described by the finance guy who sold them to me.
I'm out in the boondocks traveling.The local store will only point me to a repair facility about 40 miles from where I'm parked. Not really any help.
Preferred solution: Repairs before I travel again.
