NO RV Extended Warranty

Purchased 2018 Arctic Wolf , Cherokee, 5th wheel, April 30, 2018. Also purchased the extended RV Warranty, for $2500.00 Was told it was a great policy for RVers.

Nineteen days later, due to factory defect, all electrical wires in front harness burn. Trailer is uninhabitable. So, Twenty Three days after purchase, I try to use my RV insurance, only to be told that I'm NOT covered. Due to the fact that Gardner's RV, DID NOT send the money to the insurance company, to activate my policy.

It seems that Gardner's RV holds everyone's money until they have enough policy holder's to make it worth their while to send in one check, to the insurance company. While all of us RV owner's think we have this great coverage, WE HAVE NOTHING, until Gardner's sends our money to the insurance company. Consumer needs to be told when this insurance will be in affect.

It Should be the day of purchase, that's the way it is with my AAA, insurance, and most other companies, I have ever dealt with. Disabled Traveler.
