Not very professional
- - Hired Ben Bishop for a basement leak; charged $1400 with no receipt.
- - He guaranteed the work, but the job is not finished and calls go unanswered.
I hired Ben Bishop to take care of my leak in the basement . He asked for 1400.00 dollars to do the job .
He gave me no receipt. Came over may times to fix after i called him to come over. Still not complete. He said it's only a 5 minute jog to finish .
I have been calling him steady for the last month to finish it. Leave messages on his answering machine which are not returned. He told me he guaranteed his work. I need this jog finished.
I need closure. I want to move on
